Another sleepless night in Phoenix for me. I'm laying there tossing and turning and people talking in their sleep came to mind. Have you ever listened to your significant other talk in their sleep and wonder whose name they were muttering? Or even worse have you ever had them call you by someone elses name during a moment of intimacy or have you been the guilty party? I admit I did that once. Everything came to a screeching halt as you can well imagine, but I told him I was thinking about the gentleman that had painted our cabinets that day. Don't ask me how I managed to convince him of that. I'm still not sure to this day. LOL.

Luckily the only other names that my other half ever mutters in his sleep are the kids and even then he sounds as though he is begging them just to give him a moments peace! lol As for me - I have NEVER muttered anothers name ...or at least not that I know of! xxx

I've not done this and neither has my hubby. But he does talk in his sleep. He has nightmare and works in his sleep. He is telling his guys to do this or that. lol I think it's fuuny but then sometimes he yells at them like they are far away or something, which does fit with some of his work. They are down in holes or on top of tanks. And he uses his legs as if he's walking. Weird huh?

You are right on both counts. He is a workaholic and I'd rather have him talk about this than say another womans name.

Work must be foremost on his mind, which is better than having the name of someone else on the tip of his tongue.

Personally I don't think it has ever happened here, but I can imagine the shock if it did, and I am not sure what I would think especially if it was someone I knew my husband was good friends with. But if it an accident because of having a Dream about them, that would be a different story.

I'm blonde, but I'm not buying any bridges and how I talked him into it is beyond me. I wish I could tell you my ex has that kind of money, but he doesn't. Sorry. LOL.

Apart from calling out "Kat" I never mention anyone else's name! LOL. I have sung however, and The Boss mutters, but not anyone's name that I can tell! I am sure that it can be very embarrassing - when my roommate met The Boss for the first time I couldn't remember her name!!! She had to introduce herself to him. It wasn't the last of my indiscretions either! I'll tell you one day. Now budge up will you, it's cold on my side of the bed and your side is warm!!!!!

Yeah, that probably wasn't such a good moment, forgetting her name. Its almost as bad as calling her by someone elses. And yes, I can't wait to hear about these indiscretions you speak of, in the meantime stop calling out my name! LOL.

I would have to say this is a no on both of our parts. I have listened to my husband talk in his sleep, boy does he do enough of it LOL. As for me, he has never told me anything about while I'm sleeping. During intimacy we both have never had this happen. Thank goodness. I think after 9 years my husband might be a little suspisious.

9 years is a long time. Yes,no doubt he would be a little suspicious.
