I know vegimite and I tasted it and, sorry, I think is disgusting.
I know tha a lot of people love it. I am not one of them.

While highly popular in Australia and New Zealand, it has never been successfully marketed elsewhere. It is notorious for the dislike it generates amongst some foreigners, particularly Americans. Note that Vegemite is not liked by all Australians - many find it far too salty to be palatable - but it remains an iconic symbol of Australia.
Vegemite is often spread with liberal amounts of butter to help to soften the strong taste, or with sliced or melted cheese.

My ex boyfriend used to love marmite and also vegiemite on toast together, Infact he could eat vegiemite by the spoon but i have to say that i dont like it at all,.

yeah it is healthy...i can remeber the song so here gos every one
where happy little vegemites as bright as bright can be,
we all enjoy our vegimite for breakfast lunch and tea,
our mummy says where growing stronger every single week,
beacause we love our vegemite,
we all enjoy our vegemite,
it puts a rose in every cheek........

I've heard of it. I think Men at Work made it a household word LOL I've never tasted it, though, and I don't have the slightest clue what it is. What's it made of? What does it taste like - I doubt I'll ever get the opportunity to taste it LOL
