A little concern to be fat

We tend to be idle all the time. Not willing to take a walk, because we have car and computer at home. Why don't we just drive around, or sit in front of the computer to enjoy the rest of day. We have TV, AC, and game systems all surrounding us now. We just don't want to move an inch. Instead, we consume more, and move less. It is also a big concern to our children too. Don't you think we must take a walk or jogging at the park once a week, or twice a week.

yeah I do agree with you that there are a lot of distractions and a lot of conveniences that technology has brought us. We really dont need to move a lot of accomplish much. We actually have to balance this out and take control of ourselves and of our lives just so we could keep moving. It would greatly affect our health and our well being. I actually prefer walking especially if the distance is not that far and I have the luxury of time. Running errands is also a great and practical way to move our bodies and walk or something like that. A scheduled time over the weekend for fun, exercise and playing sports with friends and family wouldnt seem like work but actually is play that would give us better moods, attitudes, health and general outlook in life.
