Should the migrant workers recieve foodstamps before

they agree to be tested for swine flu? Really. Should this be a requirement? I mean, we pay taxes all year and this helps cover the costs for those benefits. I want to protect my family, and beings that my taxpayer money is funding these workers healthcare and food, can't we demand they be tested, and if they are infected, send them back? I don't want my kids to get this and die. Do you? I think that this should be allowed. What is your opinion?

I think for those one is not necessary to pay taxes because company can bear all the taxes so no need to worry about it, But some companies don't bear the tax and i have seen like that personally my friend.
