Is talking about Offers sites on a blog, alright with google adsense?

Just trying to get some information. I see some blogs that do this that seem to be just fine but I don't want to put my adsense account at risk. If it's perfectly alright that would be wayyy good to hear. I know they don't seem to like PTC/PTR talk, but from what i'm seeing talking about offers sites seem to be alright. Am I wrong about this? What is anyone's experience if there is anyone that used google adsense on a blog that talked about offers sites? By offers site I mean places like cashcrate, treasuretrooper, n' such. Feel free to fill me in, thanks!
