Just skip that party and phone them later after the event and tell any reason that shall not be taken wrong. Also,if you are allergic only to the party, then meet them on the next day with a gift, pleading excuse for missing the party.Cheers!

give them honest answers. be specific of the kind of party that you don't like to attend to so that friends will know and won't invite you the next time they'll have it. in my case, i don't attend parties where people that i don't like to see are also there. maybe that's one of your reasons, eh?

I think the best way to avoid any such parties where you do not like to go can be like just give them a call and congratulate them and tell them that today you have some very important work but couldn't be able to come.So I think its the simplest way of avoiding such parties.

Hello friend, If you really want to avoid a particular party, the best way forward is to tell the host in advance that you are caught up with something. If the host is a really good friend, you can tell him/her the exact reason and I'm sure the person will understand.

Good day, lak2jai. Why don't you like to go? It is your choice not to go to those parties. If you are invited and you don't want to join, give them the honest reason why you don't want to go. Or you can tell them that you are very busy. Maybe they will consider your explanation. I hope that this might help you, happy mylotting...=)
