How to loose weight in a month! ???

I really really want to loose weight so bad cause I want to look good when my boyfriend would arrive from his trip a month from now! I tried drinking slimming teas every night for a week, but I guess it didn't work for me cause i keep on going to the bathroom and keep feeling hungry after the bathroom visit. I tried drinking lots of water since someone adviced me it would help burn fats, but still no use, i still have this 2 layers of fat in my tummy and my thighs are getting big, my jeans doesn't fit anymore and my boobs are getting bigger. i don't like them that way.. T_T i really need to be thin. i tried eating once a day for a week too but still no use, i just had my ulcer triggered because of this. I am doing this because I want to be fair to my boyfriend by looking good all the time cause he looks so good too and i don't want to loose him to other girls just because I'm fat! Help pls!

There are lot of ways to lose weight, but there is no quick way as such. You should also not try too hard to lose weight quickly as it might affect your health. To lose weight and then to maintain it you have to develop healthy eating habits and try to have an active lifestyle. You are probably not going to like my answer but there is no easy way to lose weight. Sure, a slimming tea or drinking lots of water may help a bit, but on the long run the only way of actually losing weight is exercise. Looking at it on the bright side, while exercise may not be that easy to get into, it has lots of benefits: moderate exercise reduces stress, improves health (it's said to even reduce the risk of cancer) and many more. Rest assured that if you eat moderately and start exercising moderately you are bound to lose weight and feel a lot better! Oh, and eating once a day is actually bad for losing weight as it slows down you metabolism. The key to losing weight is (besides exercising of course) eating small portions five times a day. Good luck! I know it probably sounds hard and complicated but it's bound to work :)
