After 1 weeks, i cant loggin anymore? Actually they already payed me. Any body help? Are they becomes scam?

you have to ask them directly what is happening. Else you might just be one of the victims.

The web is error, and i find "403 Forbidden, ...." I check with "domain tools" and i found they expire until 2009-10-09. I hope RoudyCash still survive.

I just heard about this website and tried to go to it to make an account but IT'S GONE! I think it was a scam and they were able to take all the money they could before the stopped making a profit. Then they just ended it and left everyone hanging... it sucks! At least some people were able to get paid before it was shut down.
