my husband and i have our different world in earning money in real life, he is a businessman, get propit and give salary to his workers, he is lot of works and very busy with his business life, lot of stress and tired, after he got home he can't do anything just sleep after meal or sometimes he even can't eat his dinner. he went out at 3 am and back home at 8 pm. I'm just a plain worker,i worked 6 hours a day, i have 8 private student.which i teaching group study in the evening 1 hour every night, monday to thurdays. i have 2 kids to taking care of,thanks to my inlaws for being there for me. and i have my online earning. all house works is my obligation. for me, being a salary worker is just fine for me as long as i make my rules and obligations. working with boss is very stressful but thats normal just do your work and do your best. i'm very contented with my income and i'm happy for that. how about you guys what would you prefer business or just a worker?

In my case I'd rather have a business. I have a small business for 3 years now it's still struggling and not making profit yet because I still have to pay for the loan. I had a short period temp job that helped me close my credit cards last year. so now I only have business loan and one credit card to pay. I also sell on ebay and it helps a bit although it's not helping now due to the recession. I did not have any good experience of being employed. Having a business is hard but I know what I did and said, my success and my failure are mine, so is everything else in between. Employment is full of backstabbing and office politics. Business is all about competition, but one that honest hard work wins. If you put your mind, heart and soul to it, any business can bring you anything you need or even want, whether it is money or even fame. Where as when it comes to employment, you may have given it your all, but anyone that has more friends at the top can destroy your dreams or achievements. If you are employed, you are bound to your boss and your co workers, any of them can be the cause of your failures and yet they will make you look like it's your own doing. If you have a business, you are on your own. You have nobody to blame for your failures but yourself and nobody can claim your success but yourself. Employment, you can lose it any time because of office politics, backstabbing, bosses without dignity whatever. A business lasts until you give it up, or maybe unexpected times like world recession. I don't know if my business will survive the recession, but if I lose it, I will get it back when I get back on my feet.

yes the advbantages of being in business is your time, your success and failures are also yours, but being self employed sometimes not that bad,i consider it as a big help for my husband, because he is in business and i do the things which i like, since i been working it is really a big helped for my husband, we can save double than he did, our income is really too much than waht we need in a month,so i prefer to be a salary worker so i can got home in exact time because im a mother of 2 i need to be at home when my kids come home from kindergarten, and i have time to taking care of them, for my husband i think is good to be a businessman, but sometimes i hate to think he is in stress and tired specially in this economic crisis business are very affected. business are not always up there is ups and down but who struggle and fight for will win, so keep your strenght for the battle,i wish you will be a better life ahead.and have a successful life,
