Anyone here joined Traffic Swarm to get more traffic to website?

i'm a member of traffic swarm.yes it helps bring traffic to your website but the traffic is not targeted.in other words the people visiting are not interested in buying your stuff as they're surfing just to earn credit so they get traffic to their sites!i've heard that the best way to use traffic swarm and other traffic exchanges like it is for building your email list by offering people free stuff in exchange for their names and email addresses.i haven't tried it myself.
