What is your favorite healthy food?

I used to eat fruits in the morning, like papaya,ripe mango, banana with my milk. and in the evening veges, like lettuce, camote taps, and any other vegetables. If we have time we juice fresh fruits and carrots. I'm trying to maintain this kind of diet but sometimes if it's not available i suddenly skip it.. I like All kinds of healthy foods..

Eating healthy foods is important to even stay healthy these days because so many packaged fruit and vegetables have some stuff added into them and can not be healthy for you. Eating fresh fruit and vegetables that you have grown or gotten from a fruit stand or some type of farmers market is good to have. I like a lot of different fruit such as bananas, peaches, nectarines, cherries, strawberries and grapes and they are all very good to eat rather than eating chips or some sort of carbs. Vegetables are important to either eat with lunch or your dinner and eating some type of squash is usually what i like sine i like to eat a lot of different squash and i do eat some other stuff like broccoli and a salad which is usually always good for you. Enjoy mylotting the rest of the day.
