Swine Flu

The swine flu has hit Texas. As all have heard this pandemic is making it's way from across the country to every possible place available. I personally am not worried about the swine flu. I guess I would treat it with the same precaution as I would with any other sickness or the common influenza. The symptoms seem to be all the same but this swine flu seems to be a lot more fatal. I guess everyone should just be careful with the elderly and all newborns/infants. Only cause their immune systems seem to be a lot more vulnerable than the ages in between. I personally think that as along as you have good hygiene such as washing your hands, covering your mouth when coughing and using tissue or even your sleeve when sneezing can help you stay clear of the swine flu. Stay away from others with flu like symptoms and just be aware. I hope no one out there gets this new, "swine flu". Just being educated on this, you will be one step ahead of this illness. Good Luck and God Bless.

I hope no one out there beyond who has it now gets it. Just a little while ago my family thought there was a confirmed case here in our state (Mississippi). But it turns out that the person who told us about it was apparently mistaken. But yeah, I'm definitely doing everything I can to prevent any possibility of me or anyone I know from getting it even if it's not here in Mississippi yet. Doing all what you said, I think it greatly improves the odds of avoiding getting infected. Fortunately I don't have to worry about traveling to infected areas (unless somewhere near my home gets infected people) or being around large crowds. I'm usually not around large crowds anyway so that's a definite plus.
