I am a chocolate lover. I wanted to learn some chocolate recipes from our fellow mylotters out here. Hope you can share to me your recipes, guys. I really need it for my child's birthday party. I just wanted to have simple recipes without baking. Because I do not know yet how to use an oven. I am quite scared using it. lol Happy mylotting!

nutty-choco truffles recipe.. 1 pound dark, bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup ground peanuts cocoa, as needed Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces. Boil the cream (but don't over cook it!)Pour it quickly over chocolate. Add ground peanuts and slowly stir. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Cover it and chill for at least an hour before making it into a ball shape(you can make about 30 pcs.). Put it in a flat pan with cocoa then shake the pan gently enough to cover the chocolates with cocoa. Serve. http://dayanartcis.blogspot.com/2009/02/nutty-choco-truffles.html
