Working for long hours in the office will certainly deprive us of our association with the family. One would also like to spend time with wife and children at home. But situations at times demand our presence in the office for more and long hours. That is sometimes boring as well, and what do you think? and did you ever spend long hours in your office?

Yes I agree with your view, that sometimes working long hours is hectic one not only in terms of your health, but also you have to stay away from your family. Definately every one like to spend time with family, also those who are bachelors, would like to spend time with friends and enjoy the life. But this is also true that sometime it is required for you to spend time in office because it is also our responsiblity. So the only thing I would like to say that we need to maintain balance in both our family as well as professional life.

i totally agree. and me being a single mum, i use to be able to spend time with my daughter at night but now i have to hire a babysitter just so that i can spend longer times in the office to work harder to keep our head above water. before the recession we were doing just fine and now times are hard its really taking a toll on me i haven't been able to have a good nights rest in a long time and im starting to become more and more agitated by my surroundings and i tend to get mad even more. i think its because of my lack of sleep but there's really nothing i can do about it. when time's are how they are now its really not fun. good luck and god bless to you. cheers love.
