Can i creat more than one blogger using one account?

hihi...i am not a frequent blogger but i do have a few accounts with blogger.. from what i know, i think it is possible to create 3 blogger account for different content..it should be legal... for me, i also have a few accounts for different purposes... actually within the same account, you can also create 3 different blogs..for that, you just need one login name and password..
