Would you employ a male Nany?

I was watching the news the other day and I saw a report on how people are dealing with the recession. There was a particular story that caught my attention: Male Nannies or Au pairs. Apparently an increasing number of guys are now signing up to be male au pairs as there is some extra cash to be made doing this. I was very shocked and shaken as in my country it is unheared of fot a man to take up such a job unless the man is the father of the children. With an increased number of paeodiphiles and psychomaniacs out there, how in the world would one hire a male nanny? Apparently one of the parent said that he was the most qualified. I personally don't care if he's more qualified than Bill Gates but I would never hire or even consider hiring a male nanny. I just want to know your thoughts on this.. would you hire a Male nanny for your children? All comments welcomed.. Thanks

Well, if my kids are boys and super active, I might choos a male nanny who can control the boys attitude. Some lady nannies are not that disiplinarian. At least if the nanny is a male, my male boys also would be able to act like a boy. LOL.. They will be playing games for boys, etc. boys activities. But I have a daugther, I will not hire a mala nanny.

I prefer female nannies because female in general are more sensitive with the needs of kids. They were more passionate about kids.
