Is there a free tour travel paid by your company? Do you enjoy your trip?

I'm happy with the company I'm working. why? Every year we usually have a tour travel for a maximum of one week. We usually go the different tourism industry which we didn't even see yet. How about you? Did you encountered travel offer by the company you're working? Why? Why not?

Well.., in my company there is no free tour travel. i work as junior architect in construction contractor, there's a tight schedule if the project was in progress, but i have more times if the project finished. i rarely go for trip and long vacation.
