Dealing with exam stress

So, I'm a college student, which means that exam taking is par for the course. It is one of the great equalizers in student life--everyone has to take them. So, I was just wondering, does anyone have any good tips for dealing with the stress and anxiety that comes with test taking?

The best tip to lessen anxiety or stress is to prioritize our studies. Give time to study our notes.We know that peers are there to call for a gig or party but we must also learn to say NO! One week before the exam, we must be already prepared for it. No need to memorize, just read, concentrate and understand. And if the subject is Math, practice solving, right? And if we're going to take the exam, we're much prepared and confident even there are "Butterflies in the stomach!" inhale, exhale!!!
