I agree it can get quite boring and annoying going to College on a daily basis, especially if your College requires to maintain a certain percentage of an Attendance Record.. lol. On the other hand, if the teachers are good, the subjects are of your interest, then I believe it's quite fun! ( but that's, of course, quite rare a case huh? :P ) There are many other ways of learning, you could spend more time in the Labs rather than in the classroom, because it helps some people understand what they're learning better as well as making learning fun and interesting! Another way is to learn online, via videoes, etc. However, this is not quite advisable since you may not fully be able to understand the topic and if you have doubts, you can't actually ask the person, whereas in the class or Lab, you can actually ask your Lecturer and clear up any doubts if you have! I know it's quite boring, and annoying, but I also know that it's one of the best known ways currently for studying - Classroom or Laboratory. Or you could also have a personal tutor, that's even better, although it could get quite expensive! All the best! :)

I think there are very few students (not include me)prefer to learning in class all day, but it is a fact that listening to the lacture sometimes could cut off much time in learning by oneself. We do it though we are not like.

well I loved going to college daily. It was so much fun after the rigorous discipline of school. The classes were few, the subjects were less, bunking was the order of the day and we would save our individual pocket money and gang up and go to the movies or window shopping or to some cheap restaurant and have so much fun. Absolutely carefree days

I hate it too. but I have no idea to do with it. Frankly speaking I only learn a little in college. now I was a college student, but most time I just learn by myself. in class the teacher just talk about useless things ,just waste time , in my mind. in my opinion , the dictionary ,web and computer are the best teacher. happy mylotting.

i love going college daily not for some boring classes but because of my folks..they make me feel much better at college than at home..but you see i have completed my graduation and missing those golden days. When i was in college we use to chit-chat in our free periods. We are quite studious also but most of the times we are naughty in the classroom but our naughtiness is tolerable by our lecturers infact they feel bore without us. We had a big canteen in our college and every week one from our batch use to pay the bill for our treat. We use to bunks classes sometime and enjoy the movies which are played in our auditorium..but not always buddy haha..i miss my college very much...:( I think by now you have got me that i love my college rather than hating it..hahahah lolz

I am almost done with college and graduating soon with my AA degree in business all i have left is three classes and i am so excited. This week i am off and i am enjoying so much because i can be on mylot all day and enjoy that. I have to say i have never sat in a classroom while in college, just once for my orientation and that was it. I do all my classes online and it is so much easier and you can go on your own pace every week and i like that so much better than listening to a teach talk to you, i would just fall asleep and get so bored. Now you know you don't have to sit in a classroom and be bored, but do your classes online. Hope i was able to help have a great rest of the day mylotting.

You can take online classes. I took at least 50% of my classes online...the other 50% were taken in a classroom So that's an option or you can do homestudy where they send you the materials and you study on your own. I, personally, like to go sit in a class and listen to the professor because you get more info and you can ask questions if you don't understand.

I am going to college and I do hate it. I don't mind getting up early sometimes, but not when I have to do this to go to a class. I hate when projects are assigned because I look at these as being just extra work and unnecessary, and I would rather do something else and not be bothered by them. I a classroom with a teacher, but another way to be taught would be online classes.

Have you ever thought about taking online courses? I study for an Associates right from home with the University of Phoenix. No long lectures or traveling to and from school. They give you a syllabus and an online text and you just get to work.

I don't hate going to college.I regard college as a paradise to study. It has precious studying atmosphere. But that doesn't means college is the only place for us to learn. You can use internet class or go to library for selfstudying. In a word, if you want to learn something, position isn't the most important. It is your ambitionfor learning that matters.
