how to avoid deduction of money from mylot.com.anyone give brief notes of FAQ.thank u.

There is a deduction from mylot? How does it work? I really have no idea about it. Is that about penalty or something? Can you let me know, if you knew something.

If you start a discussion or respond on a discussion that contains any of the violations in the Guidelines then it willbe deleted. If the earnings for your participation have already been added to your account for those posts then they willbe deducted causing a loss of earnings.
In fact on the earnings page it states right at the bottom that 'All amounts are estimates and are subject to change until final payments are made' and this is usually the case once the staff get round to deleting those posts.
