Massage is good for health and I do it twice a month. And I also bought books on this subject to learn how to do that myself. So how many time you do massage and when was the last time?

It is a fact that massage is very good for our health. It is not fixed for me to go for massage. Generally I do my massage myself and when I go to saloon i take massage from the saloon expert that is one or two time in a week.

Hi Med. I love going into SPA. I even bought a package for me and my husband. The package includes 10 sets of Facial and Massage with Sauna. At first, my husband doesn't like it, but when he finally tried, he likes it so much. Our last SPA is just last week ago, but my husband tells me that if we can have a massage again this weekends. I said I try to set an appointment with our SPA Consultant. Massage is so relaxing and can uplift your spirits. That's why I am planning to buy a new set of packages for us. And I don't have to worry because the package we buy has no expiration, we can use it as long as we have sets left.

Hello pink_lady, As for the sauna I have in Gym and I love to do that especially with friends when we never stop laughing and gossiping inside;-) It is good as well for the skin as well for the body in general and I do it two time in a month and as for the massage, then I prefer now to do that more regularly, Because my work is a bit stressing, So anyways as you said and the rest did, Massage is indeed helpful.;-)

I would have wanted to have a massage at least once a month, but in reality, I had it only at least once every two months or even less. However, when I had slip disc, I had to stop because I'm afraid it might trigger the dislocation since masseurs are not really trained to avoid the slip on my disc. So I would rather indulge in facial and foot spa...LOL!

Lol, you are really funny but I think all you will need one is a very professional masseur who is capable of relaxing you in few minutes.;-)

To a professional massage spa i think that was two years ago already. Massage makes you feel so relaxing and it can rejuvenate your body. Sometimes if i feel so tired i just ask my neighbor to come up ask her to massage me. but most of the time i do massage by myself cause i know how and i enrolled in massage school and got a certificate for it , i also watch in youtube the different kind of massages and i really got and apply some techniques to myself, they are really helpful. Like you, i also bought a massage reflexology book. Massage is a skill, you can benefit by it physically and financially! You should be proud if you have this talent.

Yes thats true a massage is always very relaxing no matter where you go to have it but it must be from someone who really knows about that. I also bought a book on that and everyday Iread a little from the book just to know more and hence I want to learn how can I do a massage on someone else.

I think allyou need is a good person to so a very good massage to you, maybe the last one was not a professional and the person didn't know many things about massage so maybe all you need is a professional, Massages always do good.
