Have you heard bout "Body Ecology Diet"?

I've read bout it from a blog, and it does sound good with all the testimonials, but I don't really understand it that much.
For me it's too tiresome and complicated to be watching what the details of what your eating etc. But I think too that it's really healthy, and holistic. However I can't be watching too much of my diet coz my father cooks the food so I can't really argue and complain of what's on the table. Ciao!

I never heard of it. but i check the site, it looks good but i am not sure if it's applicable on me
, so what have you understand so far in that blog? well, your lucky that your dad is a cool because he gets to cook you food. and besides you can simply eat a little if your serious about the diet with out hurting your dads feelings.
