I am starting on Atkins Diet this weekend. Does anyone know of any good recipes that I can use? I have to go grocery shopping and need some variety so I don't get bored...

Hi, I found this recipe for Atkins Diet. Recipe Atkins Diet Bacon and Egg Salad Yield: Serves 8 Ingredients - 8 eggs - 1 cup mayonnaise - ½ lb. bacon - 1 cup hot pepper cheese - 3 Tbs. chives - 4 thin radishes, sliced thin - 1 head lettuce, torn fine for salad - 1 avocado, cubed Instructions 1. Boil the eggs, until hard and dice them 2. Fry the bacon and crumble 3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl NOTES: Carbs for avocado based on 14.85g for 1 3/8 cup, adjust accordingly. Carbs for lettuce base on 2g for 1 cup, adjust accordingly. Carbs for hot pepper cheese not included in total, adjust accordingly.

Been there, done that. Actually, Atkins is one of the few ways I actually have lost weight. I've got tons of recipes. They're all over the internet. Do a specific search for "induction recipes" and you should get tons. I'll tell you what has worked best for me. I have an omlette for breakfast. Usually 2 eggs a piece of ham and a piece of cheese. My other 2 meals of the day basically consist of a piece of meat (beef, chicken, turkey, fish, etc.) and a side salad. Getting bored? For me it's easy not to get bored when I see the results!
