Kroger or HEB?

I find that Kroger has a nice selection or foreign food as well as produce. I havent tried HEB. Is it any good? Sometimes I feel like a spend a whole lot more at Krogers vrs Walmart, although they have some really nice sales at times. I need some input, I am tryen to save some money where I can without cutting the quailty of food.
