It is essntial to educate women,provide them emloyment andincome opportunities to make them financially independent and give them the freedom to chose their life partners or remain single on a par with male counterparts. Empower women in all spheres, in the process of nation building. How to accelerate the empowerment drive? Any better strategy, You suggest?

i support u but i thnk gender equality would be a better idea....overempowerin 1 gender can lead to some problems

Amen sister! Women need to support each other in all areas of life.You're a woman and you see another in need give her a hand.Helping each other is the only way we will ever make changes.Men have been in power too long.They keep that power because they band together and support each other to keep us shut out.Don't get me wrong,I'm totally not sexist or hate men.I'm just tired of them telling me I'm not as good,smart,strong,etc.I've never believed that and never will.
