Swear a lot? Call people bad names? I hate people that swears no matter when and how much they swear, I just feel uncomfortable to hear it. There is a saying in my country is if you callpeople bad names, it will become a karma. What is the reason why people like to swear or swear?

Hello mermaidivy, I hate to hear people swearing. For me, it is just not good to swear. I don't do and I don't like to hear others swear in front of me.

You're quite right. I think such thing happens when you're away from your religion. This new age wave has swayed us away from our origins pushing us deep in the wordly ocean. We think of God as nothing that's why we're always swearing.

I used to have a huge potty mouth. Ever other word was a curse word. I remember my mother would use these words as well. Then when I grew up I also used them. She thought it was gross hearing me say them as she no longer used them when she got older. Now I find I hardly ever say bad words like I used to. I have children and don't want to hear them talk like that either.

Yea... I'm sure you don't want your children to learn that, even it is difficult to stop saying that after speaking it for many years, but mother can always do things for their kid! :-) Thanks for responding! :-)

It seems that swearing today is now become an ordinary daily expression with no meaning at all, some people said this kind of swear word coz they heard it from a song or from tv shows or movies, they just copy what they heard. Some do it on purpose if they are angry or want to hurt other. But still it's better to saysomething nice or not to talk at all if nothing good to say, hope I answered your question.

This is a bad side of people. Or perhaps even a dark side of one's heart. People, no matter where are they, in my opinion, is easy to remembering other's bad, false, even sins instead of their merits, kindness and good. I don't what is the reason but i think this is human nature. I hope we won't be like that anymore if any. Please together we make a better world for our living. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
