So I recently dug up my old clarinet I use to play in highschool to my suprise I can still play a few songs. I want to get back into reading music and playing like I use to and maybe even get into playing jazz again. I need someone to show me a sight where I can relearn to read music and a great jazz site to start with. I know I can do this. Are there any talented instruement players in here?

I played the clarinet back in elementary school for a little while!! I just remember getting a little grossed out by the reed because I got sick a lot and I hated when it got all mucus-y. Sorry if thats gross! That's really my response, sorry I can't help with your re-learning of the instrument. But you should definitely get back into playing!

I am in a high school band and I play clarinet. I don't know many sites that actually teach you to play an instrument that aren't very expensive. You can use a fingering chart. There are also not very many sites for jazz music that have a good selection. Your best bet would be to go to your nearest music store and buy a book and maybe even looking into taking lessons. I'm sorry if I didn't help much. I don't know much about jazz, but I hope what little I was able to tell you can get you down the path to re-learning clarinet. Good luck.
