What will GoogleAd do if you click the Ads on your own website?

I didn't read the terms and condition properly for GoogleAd and I put it in my website. At one time I was happy seeing my money rise up just by clocking the Ads. I just wondered if Google will notice that some clicks are not valid and will they cancel my account?
