spending time with my husband in any way is romance to me..being able to just giggle with him makes me feel like a million bucks :)

That's great to be able to have that time with him. I know people who are not that lucky.

That's true...actions are better to me, but it is nice to hear the words sometimes. Thank for your response.

I would have to agree with you on this. I feel that words and actions work together for a romantic partnership, with both being equally important.

That's true...but what if you had to choose one or the other....could not have both, which would it be?

actions and words both play a part but my best thing is when someone shows me in many ways that word called love instead of saying it

If I had to choose between the two I would DEFINITELY choose actions.

I agree...I think both are important, but actions seems to speak volumes over words. Interesting huh?

I think you need both. My husband does lots of things to help me and I know he loves me, but I would like for him to whisper sweet nothings into my ear.

Romance and romantic both derive from the Latin romanice meaning "in the Roman manner".

It's both, approaching me and telling me they can't get me out of their mind, they're drawn to me and they're crazy about me and asking if I would go anywhere with them, just to be close to me, anywhere I would want to go. That's romance to me.

Its true that actions speak louder than words, but sometimes a girl just needs to hear those three lovely words... I love you... and usually more words are just amazing too
