when i joined this site it paid 1 cent for each website you surf and .5 cent for each half cent your referral clicked . i was really astonished to see that now your click are worth half a cent and your referral clicks are atmost worth 0.4 cents. Though it did pay me last time when i cashed out but these signs look like this site can be going scam way.
