I'm just curious, to anyone here who lives in New York City, have you ever ridden in the Cash Cab? If so, what was it like? Did you win? If not, do you hope that you will one day catch the Cash Cab? Do you think you would have any luck if you did?

I've never been to New York City before. I actually live in the southeastern United States (Mississippi) but I would like to visit New York City some day. I definitely would like to be on that Cash Cab show. I've seen a few episodes of it on Discovery. The only thing is that I'd probably get three strikes so fast that it would be funny lol. I would love to try it though but the only thing is that there are probably so many cabs in New York City that the chances of catching that particular cab are very slim. Maybe if I lived there the chances would improve some over time but for someone just visiting for a few days I wouldn't hold my breath if I ever go there. Of course it would still be possible though.

Yep, I'm sure there are probably hundreds of cabs in NYC and the chances of catching that one are slim, you're right. Would be cool if it happened though! Though I too would probably strike out. Heck, I don't know most of the answers when I'm just watching it on TV, I'm sitting there thinking, "these are general knowledge questions?"...Like I must not know a lot of "general knowledge" because all of the questions stump me! LOL!
