I have heard that some watches are offering no batteries but will ticking upon wearing the watch such as Rolex and Philip Stein ...Those are branded and very expensive.. Are there any cheaper ones? I have heard that Seiko brands have one too..it costs around $50 ...but unsure of the quality. What do you think? Do you have one? Kindly let me know.

Hi there, Well, it's called kinetic watch. My husband still wearing one, and it is inherited by his father, lol..so you can see how long it still works :) My father was wearing the same brand (the kinetic type), too. The brand name is Mido, I do not know if you have that brand in the philippines. Here, it costs about USD 200 - 400. Not cheap, but certainly cheaper than the brands you previously mentioned, and it's long lasting, too.

Thanks for marking my comment as best response. Just remember to wear the watch regularly, in order to keep it working.
