what is the secret of having many referrals?..

i really need help.. pls help me.. i need to have at leat 25 referrals.. and i don't how.. because others in our country does not believe in earning online... what will i do to have those referrals.. we all know that we can earn big for our referrals.. right.. i hope for your help.. thanks a lot.

I have the same problem. i cannot give you a perfect solution. The region in which we are living is also responsible for this problem.
In some regions or countries, people are curious to make money online. So they will join as others' referrals.
but there are some problems like jealous to join as someone's referral, link hijacking etc.

you can join with Traffic Exchange Site,i think it's very effective..or making some blog to promote your refferal link..
