Yours eyes pain when you read?

My eyes get itchy and sometimes they irritate me a lot. I tried to use the eye bath and still they are not assuring. I don't wanna wear spectacles so someone can suggest me what do towhen I read, any particular methods while reading?

If you're eyes are getting irritated from reading, check the lighting. Make sure you have plenty of light since reading in dim light puts a strain on your eyes. Also, if you're reading for long periods of time, take breaks. That will give your eyes a chance to readjust and keep them from getting irritated too quickly.

Sometimes, my eyes hurt, when I read for a long period of time. That's really the only time that my eyes will hurt, when I'm reading or something like that.

Check with your doctor. You do not want to wear specs alright, but its always safe to get your eyes checked and take any measures needed to keep your eyes safe. Eat a lot of carrots and make sure that you protect your eyes against dust and heat. bourne
