Places one can visit with friends

Can any one tell me some of the best places to be there with friends - dancing, boozing, screaming, laughing ur life out....

I think it is the best thing that go to a good beach for playing with serveral friends, where we can dancing,boozing,screaming,laughing.........

thanks for the response - any specific place in india - beaches have been a very regualr thing for us. Any wiered p;lace out wiht friends is what i am looking at
