i dont know much about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. but i can suggest a reliff ..... u can use a long book or mouse pad below your wrist n try to keep ur wrist and palm stright.. it will wok try it

i think you are referring to carpel tunnel.. this can be relieved somewhat by using a mousepad that has some support for the wrist

It is generally called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or RSI (Repetitive Strain Inkury) and with either of these it is probably a signal that you need some time away from the computer mouse and keyboard. LOL

Are you talking about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? You develop it from repetitive motions like typing or using a mouse. I had my right hand operated on one time because I had this, and ever since the surgery it has been just fine.
