I am afraid to stand for the call so long, you know, if you call for long, your ears would be uncomfortable,as some scientific reaserch, calling for long time would be harmful for the body. So, how long have you been leting the call stand for?

yes it has been proven that talking on the cellphone for long times can cause problems with the body. Especially impotency and brain cancer as the signals can interfere with the brain functioning. So even though I talk a lot on the phone, I make sure that I use a headphone or a handsfree so that the phone is away from me and it doesn't really affect me. bourne

Yes it is. I was reading about it on a newspaper and it was recorded to bring down radiation by about 70%. This is very good if you ask me. bourne

It also hurts my ears when I take the call too long. I think the comfortable time for the duration of a call is 10 minutes. If we're going to talk longer than that, my ear would feel hot because my phone would also have gotten hot by then due to overwork (and perspiration!). I'd rather meet up with friends than talk on the phone for so long. But that's not always possible, in special cases, I'd rather chat via webcam :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I seldom will call for a long time. As you know, time is money. I don't want to spend longer time for chatting only. Usually I will speak what I want to say and then finish the call. Usually it won't last longer time a few minutes. I love China

Averagely i let a call stand for 5 to 10 minutes. It depends on the topic of chat. But i never want it more than 15 minutes because i feel the radiation start affecting my ear after first 3 minutes and getting hotter as time goes by. It's not good for our health especially our brain. Since i knew the radiation can harm human health, then if i really need to on phone for a long time i will use a headset. It's the best to preventing a direct radiation. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Hello Sinokirin I do not stay on a call long at all, on my cell phone. It seems to me that I, stay on my land line phone much longer, and this is not on purpose it is just the way it always work out. I'm not really sure how much the hands free devices , can protect you from the harm, that cell phones can cause to your body.
