what is work, burden or enjoyment?

i have a work that i thought it was very interesting. when i came in this feild,i was so crazy for it, and work day and night, but have never feeling of tired.but now, i seem like another one, i feel so tired whatever i do. i cannot understand why i like my work so much before and hate it now. please give me an answer,thank you!
