If presented with 100 pairs who claims they are the real Adam and Eve, how will you recognize the real couple (Adam and Eve) among them?

they'll be the 2 that are naked........except for those little leaves covering their naughty bits.

Easy. Adam and Eve both has no navel because they were not reared from the womb. They have no umbilical cord.
They were created from dust, and formed in the image of God.
