Sleep.

This seems to be something I dont get enough of lately. Or maybe sometimes I get too much. Or maybe its the stress of life that makes it not matter how much or how little, because my body seems to reject it regardless. Very confusing. Usually when I sleep, I sleep really hard, like I crash down dead for a little while until I wake up feeling like Ive been hit by a truck, stumbling around like a zombie until I get ready to go to work, and that means I have to be awake to drive. Sometimes Im not. Because I work 2 jobs, sleep is hard to find. So I wonder if anyone finds my sleep, can you please return it to me? Have a beautiful day!

I found the best way to sleep is lavender. A friend told me about this and I was skeptical, but I bought the lavender febreze spray and sprayed my pillows lightly and it was the most peaceful sleep, I woke up refreshed. I found if I go a few days without spraying, my sleep becomes light and unfulfilled. So I spray again. Give it a try. I found it better than any sleeping pill, with sleeping pills, I always have a hard time getting up in the morning, especially when it's a short night of sleep.

Im going to give this a try because I cant take sleep meds at all, unless I want to sleep until 1 or 2 in the afternoon lol I wonder if real lavender essential oil would work...cause I have some of it in my supplies. Going to check it out! Thanks!

Hi, This is the age where people are paying least interest to the most important aspects of life. One such thing is sleep. They sleep less or say do not get enough time to sleep. But even amidst your pile of works you must find time to rest, I mean have a good sleep. Normally an adult needs to sleep for six hours but even if it is one hour less would not cause heavy trouble but irregularirty might be an easy door to invite hyper tension which would brig its other components.

I like sleeping and I sleep when I am sleepy.I do not force myself to be active when I am sleeppy.I find that a little bit of sleep works wonders when one is tired. Cheers!!
