Dhoni vs warne

I like the captaincy of both of these players and i think they are the best in terms of captaincy...but in my opinion Warne is better...i said in some other discussion that captiancy of warne was the most deciding factor in lat IPL..it's true..he was never afraid to put in action his ideas and always have a smiling face and a cool atitude which helps his players to perform freely..the rajasthan royal team was rather ordinary compared to another teams.they got less big names and do not have the facility of allrounders like Shane Watson,Tanvir who help them win last ipl...even with this ordinary team shane warne beat big teams and currently in the top position with chennai... Dhoni is also cool and know when and how to put his ideas....but with a team big like this i think even without his ideas they can win..but he has made important decisions like in last match use raina who bowled 2 over giving just 8 odd runs and thus winning..but warne is just a little bit more good in captiancy..

Both are very good players and very good captains. They both lead from the front and are cool under pressure. Their performance as players is also very good. But if I were to choose one of this two, I would choose Warne. Simply because he is more experienced and has been in many differnt situations than Dhoni. Warne has played many years of international cricket and has now retired, while Dhoni is just a few years old in international cricket. But Dhoni is learning fast and has changed his game a lot since becoming captain.

yeah you are correct, compare to dhoni, Warne is best because he is everytime changing the field position and know how the batsman will play, like kolkatta knight riders match, rajasthan drawn and win in super over. Because of warne only, his field position and captincy only they win that match.
