If u feel wronged, what would u do?

Sometimes the boss or customers may blame or complain u, but in fact u do nothing wrong,even u r right,u have enough reason to debate with them,then what would u choose, keep silence to do the next thing or debate with them to defend ur rights. As i'm not the kind of forceful woman,If i encount this situation,maybe to a large degree,i would keep silent,but that makes me unhappy some time, but if i quarrel with them,the unhappiness would last longer and affect the hereafter work.Maybe that's my character. One day if i decide to resign this job,i think i can quarrel with them loudly.

Hi,friend.i understand your feeling.i had the same feeling in my work too.i have three bosses ,it is sure their position is senior than mine in company.sometime my boss just said you are wrong but they didn't ask why you are wrong or what made you wrong.wrong is wrong no excuse in their eyes.but i used to choose to not say anthing then i try to avoid the same problems happen again.it was really not good feeling but we have to face in work.just ignored the bad mood try to do well at work.good luck,be happy.

U r right, we have to face it in work, the only way is that adjust ourselves to adapt the bosses. Let's just remember the happy time.

yeah,my boss always says"be happy in life then be happy in work".wise boss always know how to encourage his staff and not alwawys blames .happy my lotting ,friend.

I'm glad I have reasonable bosses before. When they scold me (which is very rare actually) they have good reasons for doing so. And if there are times I think they are unreasonable or being angry for the wrong reason, I just listen and let them vent their anger. Afterward, when they cool off and I know I can talk to them about the topic without rekindling their anger, I approach and tell them my side of the story. Fortunately, my bosses always appreciated such tact. As for rude customers, ah, there's nothing we can do about that. They are always right but we can always be reasonable and lead them to see what made them wrong.
