Ever miss a bus stop because you were asleep?

I have but fortunately the conductor knows where I get down everyday and he woke me up, it was a little embarassing but thankfully he woke me up instead of leaving me like that. ;-)

I missed bus stops many times. It is because of sleeping and day dreaming. Once I was working during day and night and I was sleeping in bus on the way back to home, missed the stop. Once I was sleeping in bus and somebody stole my purse.

The purse got stolen , well that is really bad but you should be more careful the next time you feel sleepy in the bus daliaj!

Yes, I should be more careful. That time I was doing two jobs and used to get only very little time to sleep. Anyway, those days are over.

well i read on the bus and i have been pretty close to missing my stop, but when my hubby worked in the next big city, he used to take the bus to that city and he always feel asleep. fortunately the stop he got off was the last one, but more than once, the driver had to wake him up!

Yeah this is again something which will make people miss bus stop; reading in the bus;-) I used to do that and infact I still do it but so far I have never miss a bus stop because of that; hopefully;-)

This happens to me quite often and I have to rouse myself or I miss my stop which would be more than just annoying or embarrassing.Somehow,I feel I should be getting more sleep. Cheers!!

Thats why now I prefer to be more careful but you never know when you are asleep, this is the problem;-)

Yes, it has happened several times that I missed a bus, because I was sleeping. It's been a while, since it has happened, as I haven't had to take a bus in a while. I don't have to take the bus as much as I used to.

hello there! I had been in this situation many times and I think now that I have to take the car its been much more easier for me. So if I get late then I won't be blame as the driver will be responsible.;-)

Oh!That was a long time back.I was traveling at night and before early morning,I had to switch over to another bus to reach the destiny.I tried to remain awake,but fell asleep and when I woke up I was 30 kms away from the spot.I hurriedly step out at the next stop and traveled back.That was the first and last time I missed my stop.Cheers!

Now I am very careful when I take the bus to home because it is already late and its night and I prefer to donot sleep in the bus.

i also have slept in the public bus once and missed the stop. get down two or three stops after my destination stop.. and that too it was late in the evening when it was dark. somehow got home and when i told about it to my family, all teased me. from then on, never slept in a public bus. but when its a company bus, its all colleagues nearby so they would call me up when i reach my stop. tat gives me more relaxation.

I hope we people will never encounter these situation again where people have to wake us from sleeping and then we have to get down.
