Which present do you give your mother on Monther is day?

i am so sorry to say i can just give her a phone call in that day.because i am studing in the college far from my hometown.i have no money to buy some gifts to mail to her.all my money is given by her.she work hard to pay my fees of college.but now i am still sophomore,i can'to earn money to make her happy.that is one of the reason that let me come here.but i can earn only a litter that even can not pay for the fees of express.what should i do.tell me what will you do.
