PTC makes me annoy

Some PTC sites sometimes makes me annoy. Why? Because they do not keep its promise. When firstly registered, they have low minimum cashout. But, after a while they deceive me by adding the amount of minimum payment. What do you do if my experience happen to you. Will you leave it or still continue your effort?
