what's your ideal employer?

Different people with different education background may long for different kind of job, so, we alway has different ideal employer. As a undergraduate, I sometimes conceive of my career life, as a student in a relatively namable university in China and major in business administration, I want to start my career in a big company, espacially a financial or consulting company.
So which is your ideal employer? P&G,Shell,Citibank,BCG,IBM,google, there are some top companies. What about you?

I love to be ME as employer, I would be more lax and enjoying what I am doing, no looking behind my back if I am being watched, no need for make-up to impress, or reports to be submitted on time,...
Well goodluck for you, I'm done with that... can't last long enough to serve an employer coz they are usually so egoistic, and just consumed on themselves... I would definitely miss though the benefits and gettting paid hehe,

Working to oneself is really a perfect job, I will do that too if I can gain money that way. To tell the truth I have a career plan end up with launthing a business of my own.hah~

the name doesn't really bother me.what I look for is the security and benefits an employed can give.my current employer is not really a well-know,big institution.what I love is that they give us free meals everyday.they also give 13th and 14th month bonuses.
