AAAAAHHHHHHHH........ Nightmares!!!!!

I had an experience before.... but im not sure if it is a nightmare..... I was sleeping and i thought i was awake 'till i notice that i was floating and i saw my body on the bed, i was still asleep... i dont know what to do... then all of a sudden i sit up straight on the bed and grasp my breath.... and my heart was pounding fast.... after that i wasnt able to sleep.... you, do you have nightmares? what is it?
