Chlamydia is known as the silent disease beacuse three quarters of infected women and about half infected women have symptoms. If symptoms do accurr they usally appear in 1 to three weeks after exposure.Symptoms that would be noticeable would be abnormal viginal discharge or a burning sensation when urinating, fever, nasua, lower abdomial pain and smelly discharge. clymidia can be spread to the rectum and can have bleeding between mestraul cycles. You also might have burning and itching. symptoms in men include burning, itching, driping from the gentals and swelling can occur but very rare.
