Does your supervisor treat everyone fairly?

Some employees complained about their supervisors unfairly treat everyone who under him or her. It happens everywhere. My supervisor did the same. But we couldn't do anything about it, since we need to keep the job. My supervisor might ordered me and another co - worker to do some heavy - lifting works while that is not in my job description. While others do not have to do anything at all. Do you think that is fair?

When I was working, my last supervisor has a favoritism issue. Two of my colleagues have been privelege to be the favorites. The benefits? Hmm easily gets vacation, getting more freebies, goes with him even if its not necessary for office work as they say. Well, Im not really envy with it for as long as they are doing their work properly but the sad part about it is that they don't. It's very unfair for those who are working nicely and the effort is just being thrown away in the trash bin. Well, actions have been taken so far and hopefully there were improvement on it. But still i find it very unfair.
