sleeping could make your daily habit..

is sleeping could make you more healthy?? based on the survey..9 hours of sleep can make you more fatigue and make your vains not active..so we dont have to sleep over 9 hours and it must me only 8 hours..we should also sleep less than 5 hourse because it is also bad for our health..i dont know if this is really true..

Yes, good rest is required. If you not get proper rest during night then automatically, coming day is difficult for you. At leaat 7 hour sleep is must for every individual.
